As Principal Consultant, Jennifer has extensive international experience launching successful employee, traditional and social media, customer, financial communications, and crisis/issues management initiatives.
She is known for her expertise in developing highly impactful strategies and creative approaches that drive business outcomes. Her passion is rooted in collaboratively working with teams to counsel C-suite executives on new and innovative ways to position their company to sustainably grow and protect the bottom line.
Before going out on her own, she has worked with internationally known companies such as the CoorsTek, the largest of the Coors family privately owned and operated businesses. Prior to this role, she served as Global Head of Corporate Communications for Western Union and previous to that, she spent 15 years working for DHL with her most recent role leading cross-functional/disciplined communications across 16 countries in the Americas supporting 10,000 employees.
Having studied in Spain, she speaks Spanish fluently and has basic knowledge of German and French, after living and working in Germany and Belgium. In 2001-2002, Jennifer’s love of travel led her to backpack around Australia, Asia and Africa. She graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Mass Communications & Journalism and Spanish.
Jennifer currently serves as a Board Member for ANDRUS, a private non-profit boarding/day school, community-based mental health and trauma care provider focused on research, training, and innovative program models that are guided by the Sanctuary Model. She also currently serves on the board for Educate Tomorrow, a national non-profit providing educational opportunities to vulnerable at-risk youth, with a focus on those transitioning from foster care.
Jennifer lives in Denver and is an avid skier in the winter and hiker in the summer.
